Commercial Window Film Installation in Rosemont, IL

Rosemont has office buildings near O’Hare, hotels, convention and event venues, restaurants and stores. Their window problems are familiar ones: heat and glare in offices and lobbies, privacy in conference rooms and meeting rooms, and security at entrances and street-level glass.

Every project starts on site. David Johnson, the owner, or one of our field technicians looks at the glass type, sun exposure, framing and how the space is used, and recommends the film that fits that building. Our own crews do the installation, and our nearest field crews are based in Chicago and Northbrook.

5500 Park Place. In 2021 and 2022 we installed reeded decorative film on interior glass at this office building.

Mariano’s office. In 2019 we installed clear frosted privacy film on two panels at a Mariano’s office in Rosemont.

Hotel towers, event venues and office buildings near O’Hare have large areas of glass, and south and west facing windows bring heat and glare into lobbies, guest rooms and offices. Solar control film reduces the sun’s heat coming through the existing glass. Many of these buildings have tinted, reflective or insulated glass, and not every film is right for every glass type. We check the film against the glass before we recommend it, using the film manufacturer’s published guidance; see Will Window Film Crack Your Glass? Decorative film. Restaurants, bars, stores, venues and office lobbies use decorative film to carry branding on glass, define spaces and control views into busy customer areas without permanent construction or new glass. It can be removed later, which suits leased space. At 5500 Park Place, reeded film gives interior glass a textured look.

Anti-graffiti film. Street-level glass and mirrors in high-traffic public areas can take sacrificial anti-graffiti film, which takes the tagging and scratching instead of the glass and is replaced when damaged. Both films can be installed before opening hours or between events.
