Orland Park’s commercial corridors along LaGrange Road and 159th Street hold restaurants, stores, medical offices and multi-tenant office buildings. Each brings its own window problems: heat and glare in offices and dining rooms, privacy in clinics and conference rooms, and security at storefronts.
Every project starts on site. David Johnson, the owner, or one of our field technicians looks at the glass type, sun exposure, framing and how the space is used, and recommends the film that fits that building. Our own crews do the installation, and one of our field crews is based in Orland Park.
Our work in Orland Park and the southwest suburbs
Orland Park and Orland Hills. In 2023 we installed film on a 12-panel overhead door at BJ’s Restaurant on LaGrange Road, working with Englewood Construction, and at an office suite on LaGrange Road we removed old film from the outside face of the glass and installed frosted privacy film on the inside face. We have also installed film at Chase in Orland Park (2019), Michaels and Liberty Mutual (2017), and Altius in Orland Hills (2024).
Moraine Valley Community College, Palos Hills. In 2024 we installed security window film with perimeter caulking on 14 panels in the human resources area, and in 2025 we returned to add security film in Buildings D and M. We explain how security film is attached to the frame in Security Film Attachment Systems Explained.
Frankfort. At Abri Credit Union we installed Solar Gard Sentinel Plus DX 5, an exterior film, on the office panels in 2025. At Prairieview Wealth Partners we installed frosted film, a logo and gradient film in the front conference room and at the reception door in 2025. We also installed film at Chelsea School in 2022.
New Lenox and Lockport. In 2026 we removed old graphics and installed Panorama Slate 10 on five classroom panels for the New Lenox Park District, and installed Panorama Slate 20 in a study room for the White Oak Library District. We have also installed Solar Gard Sentinel Plus DX 5 on two lobby desk panels at the Lockport Police Department (2025), and blackout film on the doors at AMC New Lenox 14 (2016).
Tinley Park, Oak Forest and Palos Heights. We have installed security film at Dragon Palace, a Lucky Lincoln Gaming location in Tinley Park (2026), logo, lettering and frosted film at Linger Martini Bar in Oak Forest (2021 and 2022), film on 30 panels at Arbor Park School in Oak Forest (2021), and film on the lobby, offices and storefront of Key Autism Services in Palos Heights (2022). Nearby, our Oak Lawn Park District case study shows solar control film on 72 solarium panels.
