Joliet has offices and government buildings downtown, auto and retail businesses along Jefferson Street and Larkin Avenue, the stores around the Louis Joliet Mall, and industrial and office buildings near I-80 and I-55. Their window problems are familiar ones: heat and glare on office and storefront glass, privacy in conference rooms and offices, and security at entrances.
Every project starts on site. David Johnson, the owner, or one of our field technicians looks at the glass type, sun exposure, framing and how the space is used, and recommends the film that fits that building. Our own crews do the installation.
Our work in Joliet
Here are some of the projects we have completed in Joliet. This is a sample, not a complete list of our work there.
Worldwide Golf Shops. In 2023 we installed a 48 inch frosted band on two conference rooms at its Ellis Road offices, and white security film with an attachment to the frame on 30 panels.
Ryan’s Collision Service. In 2023 we installed Panorama Slate 10 on the 13-panel storefront, and in 2025 we returned to add Solar Gard TrueVue 5 to five interior glass panels.
Will County. In 2023 we installed Solar Gard Sentinel Plus DX 5, an exterior film, on a 17-panel county boardroom downtown, and in 2024 added blackout film to the boardroom and a frosted band on four panels at a county office on Scott Street.
Edward Jones, Essington Road. In 2023 we installed clear frosted film on five panels at the Essington Road office, working with Arnold L. Kump & Sons.
Napa Auto Parts, Jefferson Street. In 2024 we installed film on 21 panels.
Filotto CPA. In 2024 we installed a 45 inch frosted band on the interior office glass.
Ashley Furniture, Mall Loop Drive. In 2026, working with Gilcor Construction, we installed film on four doors and two sidelights.
